Conditions of Return
We hope you love your pieces, but we know that sometimes things don't work out.
We offer a full refund on any orders returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unwashed and unworn with the original labels and tags attached. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged or marked in any way.
How to make a return
To start a return, please email us at help@bluulimited.com with your order number and details of your return.
We'll send you instructions on where ship your items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When you return you items, please make sure to include your Name and Order Number within your parcel.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at at help@bluulimited.com.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure that your return reaches us safely, since we cannot be held responsible for returns that don’t reach us.
Damages and issues
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours, so that we can make it right.
Missing Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at help@bluulimited.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the shipping provider and send you the necessary claims forms to complete. Please note that a full refund can only be issued once the correct claim forms have been completed by the customer.
